Challenges

Challenge

In everyday words

Lots of moving parts

The founders wanted one app that could turn photos into fun AI images and short videos—but each step used a different AI engine.

No clear recipe

There was no “standard” interface for this type of app, so we had to invent the flow from scratch.

10-week deadline

Early testers and a live demo were already promised. Failure to ship on time would kill buzz.

The process

Week(s)

What we did

1-2 – Research

Played with popular AI photo apps, listed what confused people, and wrote a one-sentence goal: “One tap, great result—no tech talk.”

3-6 – First Build

- Designed a clean, card-based layout in Figma.

- Added ready-made “Photo Styles” so users could try it without typing a single word.

- Shared screen recordings on Instagram to get early feedback.

7-9 – Polish & Extras

- Added a Preview button that shows a quick low-cost clip; users can cancel if they’re not happy (saving money).

- Wrote friendly micro-copy that explains each step in plain English.

- Tightened color, spacing, and accessibility.

10 – Beta & Hand-Off

Finished all design files, fonts, and a one-page dev guide.

Results That Matter to Business Owners

Win

Why it helps our future clients

“One-tap” user flow

Shows we can hide technical messiness and give customers a stress-free experience.

Conversion-minded copy

Every button, label, and headline was written to nudge people from trying to sharing—the same mindset we’ll use on your brochure site.

On-time delivery

Ten-week promise kept. Expect the same reliability on your projects.

No wasted pages

We trimmed anything that didn’t move the needle. You’ll never get filler screens or bloated site sections from us.

Conclusion

Pixel Prime Labs took a highly technical idea and:

  1. Translated it into a friendly interface anyone can use.

  2. Wrote clear micro-copy that guides, not confuses.

  3. Shipped on schedule—proving our design process works under pressure.
